I’m Amy. Oh yes, there are credentials but they don’t matter where we're going. If you're interested in working with me, you're feeling called to return home to yourself, your body, your truth and there’s no roadmap for that within our credentialed system. It’s a process of unlearning, deconstructing, and uncoupling from systems that taught you to disconnect in the first place.

 

I help people return to their bodies, their compass, their intuition, their desire, and their power through practice, presence, and real vulnerable human connection. Most of us left our bodies a long time ago, and it’s shown up as disconnection from our truth, expression, movement, and want. The world suffers for it. Because when we forget our bodies, we forget how to trust. We forget how to relate. We forget how to care and receive care. We isolate and wither without the nourishment critical for human survival.

 

I have created a private studio in Ravenna, built for beauty, truth, and grounded care. My workshops, one-on-one and couples sessions create a safe space to feel again. Whether we’re working with touch, somatics, relational patterns, or nervous system regulation, it all returns to this: Your body knows. You can trust it. It is the receiver and the transmitter of your truth.

 

When you trust your body, your trust life, you trust yourself and others will feel safe in your presence. When you feel safe being vulnerable, when you feel capable, honest, and supported, things start to shift. I am your steward in your journey back to you, the portal opener, the threshold keeper and I won’t let you forget who you are and that you are loved and accepted without condition.
